Dan Craven

Dan is the current African Road Race champion, having taken the crown in Casablanca in November just two days after he’d picked up a Bronze in the African Time Trial Championships.

A strong time-trialer, Craven was a runner up in the 2006 African Championships, and boasts a 7th place in the time trial at the 2007 B World Championships in Cape Town.

Dan spent 2008 riding at amateur level for Swiss team FidiBC.com, with whom he won the 1.2 category GP Cristal Energie in France in July. In addition to that victory, Craven also recorded several other podiums in 1.2 category races in Italy, and finished just outside the top ten of the Giro del Capo (in 12th) while riding with the Namibian team.
