Although we didn’t win the race, we did have three riders placed in the top 10 and as the Tour Series is all about the first three riders points we came out on top in the team competition. Dean was 3rd, Chris 4th and Kristian was 8th despite just arriving back from the Tour de Beauce in Canada the same morning.

Chris had a great break in the race, getting plenty of TV exposure and picked up some sprint points. The team won all of the mid-race sprints helping Dean to win the Sprints Comp on the night. The next round is tonight in Colchester with TV coverage on Friday at 7pm on ITV4.

The overall competition is very close between the top 4 teams with only 3 points seperating them. We are currently 3rd, only 2 points off the lead. The last 3 rounds should be pretty exciting as every point gained now is crucial.

Also be sure to watch the Chester round on 23 June, being televised on the 24th (ITV 7pm) as the team will be featured heavily as it has been classed as our home round.
