FBD Ras, Ireland - Stage 5 Update · 22/05/09

Stage 5 was well executed by the Rapha Condor Team and they defended Simon Richardson’s lead by placing riders in every move, one of which nearly paid off for Chris Newton.

Chris’s group was chased down in the last 5km and the stage ended in a dramatic sprint going to Australian Nic Walker, claiming his second win of the race.
